Win a Car, May 2024

• Eligibility:
  1. The promotion is open to all people living in New Zealand who are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license at the time of entry.
  2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 2 Cheap Cars Limited and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
• Promotion Period:
  1. The promotion begins on 1st May 2024 at 12:01 a.m. [NZST] and ends on 31st May at 11:59 p.m. [NZST].
  2. Entries received outside the promotion period will not be considered.
• How to Enter:
  1. To enter the promotion, participants must start the purchase process of the car in May 2024 and be completed by May. i.e., drive away and final sale.
  2. Each participant is limited to one entry per car.
• Winner Selection:
  1. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
  2. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 14-21 business days following the end of the promotion period.
  3. If the winner does not respond within 1 week after the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Prize:
  1. The prize in this case will be the car purchase successfully completed by the customer, specified by 2 Cheap Cars Limited.
  2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• Taxes and Fees:
  1. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, registration fees, insurance costs, and other expenses associated with owning the car.
  2. 2 Cheap Cars Limited will not cover any expenses beyond the specified prize.
• Publicity:
  1. By participating in the promotion, the winner grants 2 Cheap Cars Limited the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• General Conditions:
  1. 2 Cheap Cars Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  2. 2 Cheap Cars Limited is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or other issues that may occur during the entry process.
  3. By entering the promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless 2 Cheap Cars Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the promotion.
• Governing Law:
  1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.
