Firstly I would say 2 Cheap Cars is the best place to buy your vehicle. Staffs were very helpful and friendly,Gave us the best deal though we had pre approval from other finance company, I didn’t think for a second to change it to the deal and payment options 2 Cheap Cars gave to us. Would highly recommend 2Cheap Cars.
I felt the sales man lack knowledge of the product.
Very pleasant and helpful experience from the staff at the Greenlane branch. One thing I have to bring out about the $100 which we paid for holding the car while the application for the finance is in progress. Once we have purchased the car, we expected to get the refund back but however we had to wait for two weeks. I think this area should be improved or at least the customer should be told that the refund will take a while.
Liuse is a very smart sales person. Really helpful ,friendly and reliable.
Louise was so nice it felt like i had just made a friend. Shes good with entertaining and making her customers understand what they are committing in buying a car. Would really love to comeback and recommend her as my sales person if ever i will buy another car in the future! or my friends and family!
