Very easy to get the car, in good conditions and good price
Louise provided excellent, efficient and very caring customer service. She sought out a number of finance options for me and made the process so smooth. I was very happy and felt very taken care of by the team at 2 Cheap Cars, Greenlane.
Every thing ready as planned
I was not shown how to operate the radio or the dash camera that I had installed by 2 cheep car. And there was no operating manual provided. And the car was obviously resprayed. Over spray was on a number of areas.
This is the fourth car I've bought from 2cheapcars, the service is excellent, and this time Louise's attention was magnificent.
Customer to be better treated than the way I was treated.
Fast, well explained, no hassle transaction
The vehicle that was sold to me (Toyota Corolla Axio 2015) was damaged from an impact and incompletely repaired at the time of sale. Two independent inspections by a mechanic workshop and a panel beater shop confirmed that the repairs weren't properly and completely carried out leaving a displaced panel and a rusting issue on the inside of the bonnet. This wasn't disclosed. I've filed a claim and am in the process of seeking a remedy for this under the CGA.
From start to finish the test drive/ purchase Louise made the orocess very easy and stream lined. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you so much. Highly recommend
