I got the car which was unfit. Got the engine problem two days later after buying the car.Now its sitting with your mechanic from last one week.No response no responsibility.
Louise was very pleasant & helpful to deal with throughout the whole process with buying my daughter this car.

Awesome service from Consultant however the car mechanically wasn't safe to drive. We managed to get it changed, and grateful for that however a problem that needs to be avoided for future potential customers.
Average service but staff have to busy they have to do own businesses after purchase they didn’t respond properly so I suggest if you have purchase before you have survey the vehical who you have to buy ones you buy they didn’t respond properly and west our time
Louise built a fantastic rapport with us and delivered fantastic customer service. Insurance quotes provided very quickly, add ons were explained however, the option to ‘add on’ was not provided clearly as an optional decision.
I appreciated and big thanks how you handled my car purchase now I'm driving a decent car and honestly I will purchase again with you in the future. One thing I didn't be happy for, it's car dashboard is in Japanese language and I need to get someone to change it in english for my cost. Other car dealers are responsible for that. Hope you will rectify that to other customers. Nevertheless everything is perfect..

Louise was very friendly and helpful. Honoured the first in first served policy, despite having many other buyers interested! Very easy process, felt very comfortable, all finance and insurance options were well explained. Had my new car for a month now and still so in love!
