Very good customer service, very friendly and helpful.
Awesome service from Consultant however the car mechanically wasn't safe to drive. We managed to get it changed, and grateful for that however a problem that needs to be avoided for future potential customers.

Great service, well priced affordable cars. Solid after sales with issues like aircon not working, windscreen wiper blades old and tie rod adjustment all sorted at Onehunga workshop with little fuss and no stress.
It was so easy to get through the paperwork. I had never bought from a dealership before and was grateful it was made so easy by the staff at the Greenlane store.
Louise built a fantastic rapport with us and delivered fantastic customer service. Insurance quotes provided very quickly, add ons were explained however, the option to ‘add on’ was not provided clearly as an optional decision.
The service was good in general, however the car was not presented in a good condition after sale low tyre pressure polishing not upto the mark, could help me set me blue tooth etc. the staff are friendly though

Personal, unhurried and honest
Tyres were flat, asked for these to be pumped up, and was assured they would be sorted right then. When collecting the next day asked about tyres and was told they were pumped up. Checked tyres and they were still just as flat and I had to argue with the sales team to convince them that I actually knew what I was talking about with tyres and that they needed to fix this. We then proved the tyres were in fact at an unsafe inflation and fixed this. Overall the service at this dealership was unsatisfactory and services offered and products sold did not meet the promises that were made.
