  • "Chose '2009 Mazda Atenza 25s' model because my research indicated the 2.5 litre engine with 5-speed automatic was preferable to the previous 2.3 with 4-speed auto. The 2.5 was introduced in 2008 Japan model year (2009 for USA), giving enhanced reliability and more power. Reviews suggest this engine, with correct regular servicing, can be expected to last 300 to 400,000 MILES. So at 150,000km (less than 100,000 miles) my evidentially well-maintained 2009 Mazda is still a pup!"
