"As a first time EV driver I am amazed at how effortlessly the car drives in terms of control, handling and power delivery. The model itself is excellent value for the quality of the build and driving experience. The additional trim that comes with the Autech adds quite a bit to the styling. The internal instrument arrangements are good and very functional and the stereo (with Bose upgrade) is banging! I am extremely happy with the car and find myself smiling and singing my way to work. "The Nissan Leaf S is a nice vehicle with a few less features than a Nissan Leaf X (which I also own) - it has less regenerative braking, a more limited radio/stereo, and no bluetooth. But they usually come around $1500-$2000 cheaper than a Leaf X. If you choose a leaf with a Japanese dash compared to English dash - you soon get used to it - I learnt how to change the clock in Japanese and the radio/cd player was also easy to use. "Fantastic car that I love to drive, definitely do your homework before buying an electric car. Great for trips up to 100k, charging at stations simple, easy to find and use and cheap but will obviously take longer than a petrol car to refuel.
